I cannot emphasize enough how important Tim was in ensuring that the project turned out the way we had envisioned. The finished product is excellent and I am very satisfied. A worker by the name of Jeff Hinson is incredibly talented and detailed in terms of his finish work. That attention to detail made a huge difference in the finished product. I have told many friends about Starcom and recommended that they call Tim if they are looking for a kitchen/ bath upgrade or addition. The bottom line is that we felt that Starcom was a company that would stand by its work and that turned out to be very true.

          I would like to tell the owner that I am impressed with his staff. Jerry, Derek and Jeff are so nice. They are professional and it just makes doing renovation pleasant. The staff is wonderful. The creativity is wonderful.

          Starcom was lovely people and I would recommend them to others. They were very nice, professional and clean. Working with Tim was great. The two carpenters, Steve and Jeff, were fantastic.

          Overall, the work performed by "starcom" representatives (Joe, Jeff, Rick, and Scott) were great. They were conscientious of their work and looked for feedback to ensure they were doing the job as expected. Starcom employees were great. Bob and Jerry were great during the design (and build) phases of the project. They were very patient and respectful while we took forever to get the project started. Rick was great. He was fair and honest. He was great to work with. Rick often talked us off the ledge when things got overwhelming! He always listened to our concerns, provided valuable feedback and insight to make things work. Rick followed through on all of his promises.
