I have an empty space of 18 X 20 ft right next to my deck in the backyard. I would like an all season sun room in that space ( heat and air conditioner for four seasons) The purpose of the room is to house a physical therapy pool. It would want a shower in the sun room. My kitchen opens to the deck, i want the sun room to be at the same level. The physical therapy pool is not swimming pool. Its more like an extra large bath tub ( either 8 X 10 or 9 X 11 ft). Its called Waterwell by endless pools. The base of the sun room should be able to hold the small pool water with a height of 4 ft. I am looking forward to hear from you on the cost, design and schedule.

Two Bathrooms in Laurel, MD

The homeowners came to us because they wanted to update two of their bathrooms, the hallway bathroom and the master bathroom. Both of the rooms were outdated and cramped, not fitting for this busy family with small kids.

For the hall bathroom we gave it a complete makeover, with new tile fixtures and paint. The colors used in the bathroom were bright, fun, and playful to suite the small children who would be using it.

The master bathroom proved to a bit more challenging because there were a lot of pieces that had to be moved around in order to make this the master suite the parents always wanted. The existing layout of the bathroom was laid out so that the commode and shower were behind a door, and the sink and vanity were open to the rest of the room and next to the closet. In order to give ourselves more room to work with we converted the closet space into the master bathroom. With the new space we had enough room for a newer and larger vanity. The new cabinets were tall and gave the homeowners plenty of storage, and were painted white to flow seamlessly into the design. The commode was shifted to the right to make room for new countertops and cabinetry. We opened up the tub area to make it larger and accommodate a new shower. Inside the shower we included a larger corner seat and custom bypass shower door. Neutral color palette meant the parents now had a wonderfully relaxing place to retreat at the end of a long day.

Throughout the design of both bathrooms we used Kohler products and gave the bathrooms high end looks. Our clients are so pleased with the look of both of their newly updated spaces.
