Bob is doing some more work for us. The neighbor is having him over to do work for her off our recommendation

          We have used Starcom Design Build in our prior house and our results were excellent. When we moved to our new place, we hired Starcom again to create some new renovations for our home. We couldn't be happier!

          It was a real pleasure working with Bob as he was very responsive and accommodating during the design phase. He worked closely and patiently with us throughout several changes to ensure that the final design was exactly what we wanted. Throughout the whole process, he kept us informed of the cost implications and worked with us to stay close to our budget. He is an excellent professional and an outstanding individual.

          We had Starcom add a porch to our home. We have been so happy with the results to the house. I would recommend Starcom without reservation. Bob the owner was very honest and transparent with the costs and the schedule associated with our project. Fantastic workmanship and we would be willing to let Starcom Design Build show their clients our project.

          Overall, the work performed by "starcom" representatives (Joe, Jeff, Rick, and Scott) were great. They were conscientious of their work and looked for feedback to ensure they were doing the job as expected. Starcom employees were great. Bob and Jerry were great during the design (and build) phases of the project. They were very patient and respectful while we took forever to get the project started. Rick was great. He was fair and honest. He was great to work with. Rick often talked us off the ledge when things got overwhelming! He always listened to our concerns, provided valuable feedback and insight to make things work. Rick followed through on all of his promises.

          This is the first renovation project we experienced so we were really nervous and anxious due to all the negative messages we either read or viewed on t.v. about these types of projects and things that go wrong. I did my homework up front and selected Starcom Builders because they Advertise frequently in print products that I read and I picked up information on the company at a Home Show I attended a year ago,. Bob and Rick really changed our opinion and perception of working with builders and contractors. The entire experience was virtually painless and more positive than I expected. I would hire them for additional projects and once family and friends come the see the completed project they were sold!

          My kitchen looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier! My husband and I had previously had bad experiences with contractors but Bob was very trustworthy. He checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly and the job was to our satisfaction.

          Bob is a wonderful person. I think he is very concerned and wants to make the customer happy. Their work team between Victor, Rick, and Don were pretty professional and basically kept me happy. Any of my concerns were immediately resolved and I would definitely recommend them again. They did exceed my expectations because Bob improved on my plans with things I didn't even think of; like the dual systems for heating and air conditioning, lighting, outside switches, yes, I'd have to say they exceeded my expectations.
