Jose Flores is a Project Coordinator and part of the production team at Starcom Design Build, where he helps keep residential construction and renovation projects moving from pre-construction into execution. He works closely with homeowners, subcontractors, and the internal team to help with scheduling, communication, site visits, project coordination, and making sure things stay organized throughout the process. He also helps support the production side as projects move from planning into construction.

Jose earned his degree in Architecture, which gave him a strong understanding of construction documents, building systems, and how projects come together from start to finish. With both architectural knowledge and hands-on construction experience, he’s able to understand both the planning side and what actually happens in the field, which helps him better coordinate projects and solve problems as they come up.

Outside of work, Jose enjoys being outdoors and doing things that keep him active. Originally from Glen Burnie, where he was raised, he’s always been someone who enjoys hands-on work and staying busy. He loves riding motorcycles and the freedom that comes with it, and fishing is one of his favorite ways to relax, whether that’s spending time river fishing or heading out into the ocean. He enjoys learning new things, working with his hands, and being around the construction industry, which is a big part of why he enjoys what he does.
