Additions Photo Album: In-Law Suite in Ellicott City, MD

Looking to move their father in with them, an In-Law Suite would have to be constructed. A perfect spot would be the unused shed space that connected to the garage. Remodeling this spot, along with adding to this spot to double the size, would be the perfect In-Law Suite Addition.    Gutting the Shed that connected to the Garage was completed quickly, ready for the redesign with windows, new walls, and plumbing. The old door that leads to the Garage was dismantled and turned into a closet space. A new door was put in on the side of the home. Walking into the new space would be the Kitchen/Living Room. Down a small hall would be the new Walk-in Bathroom using durable materials that are easy to clean, stylish, and long lasting. The final room was the Bedroom. This large room had to be built from the ground up. This room also has a small, stacked Washer & Dryer in a closet. Next to this small closet was the Larger Closet in the Bedroom for all clothing and storage.    The Project was efficient in quality and time. The final result was a stunning In-Law Suite Addition that transformed unused space into a purpose. The father now enjoys being closer to his family with his own space.
