Overall, the work performed by "starcom" representatives (Joe, Jeff, Rick, and Scott) were great. They were conscientious of their work and looked for feedback to ensure they were doing the job as expected. Starcom employees were great. 

Bob and Jerry were great during the design (and build) phases of the project. They were very patient and respectful while we took forever to get the project started. Rick was great. He was fair and honest. He was great to work with. Rick often talked us off the ledge when things got overwhelming! He always listened to our concerns, provided valuable feedback and insight to make things work. Rick followed through on all of his promises.
