The Main Floor Bathroom was needing an update as the whole home was being transformed entirely. Starcom Design Build was tasked with creating a Bathroom that utilized new materials and minimalistic design. This Project was in a very old home that needed serious updating. The Homeowners wanted to maximize the limited space while ensuring the new design was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
This Bathroom would keep its original layout but change in my other wonderful ways such as the materials, designs, and brightness level using a different color scheme of white, black, and grey creating a modern look to the bathroom.
The finished Project had no issues, and the Homeowners were able to use the new room without delay!
Needing a remodeled main Bedroom, Starcom Design Build was able to plan and execute the cramped space into a modern and spacious Bedroom. The Family needed this space to be more storage focus as the room was limiting on space. With planning, construction soon began on gutting the entire room and remodeling it from floor to ceiling.
The original Bedroom was lacking in space, and the redesign offered more options on space, two closets, and many dressers; there was still room for another dresser if needed. The bed was placed along the long wall and looked at a custom-made dresser that lined the wall across from the bed, offering space for a TV. The floor was installed as hardwood to easily keep the room clean and stylish.
The finished Project for the Bedroom did not take long at all as the Gutting and Remodeling phase went smoothly.
Client needed a wall removed to create an open concept kitchen design. Both rooms look completely different after the wall was taken down and the kitchen remodeled by client's request.
The space was cramped, outdated, and needed some work. The wall removed, floor redone, kitchen rearranged, the new rooms had an open concept design that impacted the quality of the space. The more inviting area offered a better layout for the kitchen with new counter tops and hardwood flooring. The backsplash was also built with high quality materials that the client picked out with the help of our designer.
The finished result for the client was a good change. The home opened up creating a livable space and showed off the newly remodeled kitchen. With everything finalized and checked, the family could enjoy their new space and admire the open concept design.
An outdated 80s guest bathroom was transformed to a modern water closet.
The updated floor is easy to clean and durable for a bathroom but still gives the space a chic feel.
