Overall, the work performed by "starcom" representatives (Joe, Jeff, Rick, and Scott) were great. They were conscientious of their work and looked for feedback to ensure they were doing the job as expected. Starcom employees were great.  Bob and Jerry were great during the design (and build) phases of the project. They were very patient and respectful while we took forever to get the project started. Rick was great. He was fair and honest. He was great to work with. Rick often talked us off the ledge when things got overwhelming! He always listened to our concerns, provided valuable feedback and insight to make things work. Rick followed through on all of his promises.

We wanted to remodel our old era kitchen with a more modern look and to add appliances and features. We contacted Starcom Design/Build based solely on a recommendation from friends who had used Starcom for their remodeling projects. There are two aspects to a remodel project - design and execution - that require both to be top-notch to achieve desired ends. Tim Welsh delivered "five-stars" on the design aspect while the installation crew delivered "five-stars" on their work. There are so many choices and decisions that go into a kitchen remodel, sometimes making the process overwhelming. Tim worked with us to get through each and every one of those myriad decisions to deliver the kitchen of our dreams. All of the trades involved in the installation did an excellent job -- electrical, plumbing, cabinet installation, carpentry, granite countertop fabrication and installation, dry walling, painting and tile flooring. All installers were very professional and respectful of our home. They made every attempt to make a messy job not so. At the completion of the work, we couldn't be more satisfied -- the design, materials and the workmanship are all superb. The final cost of the project came in about what we expected, considering the upgrades and additions we made to the original concept design, and we were please with the value of the project. We would definitely recommend Starcom Design/Build to others considering kitchen remodeling work.

At times changes had to be made before we could meet on them, but everything worked out. After them doing work for friend I expected it to be easy, I do think it was easier then it would have been with other companies. I have and will recommend them

This is the first renovation project we experienced so we were really nervous and anxious due to all the negative messages we either read or viewed on t.v. about these types of projects and things that go wrong. I did my homework up front and selected Starcom Builders because they Advertise frequently in print products that I read and I picked up information on the company at a Home Show I attended a year ago,. Bob and Rick really changed our opinion and perception of working with builders and contractors. The entire experience was virtually painless and more positive than I expected. I would hire them for additional projects and once family and friends come the see the completed project they were sold!

We had Starcom do our kid's bathroom. The process was fairly quick and the results were wonderful. The kids love their new bathroom. The best part is we have so much more storage now which is great when you have three young children.

Brian called us within an hour of placing our request for a Pro. He was able to come out, at our convenience, for an estimate the next day. At first, I thought the estimate was a bit high, but not anymore. He did the job on a Sunday since we needed it done quickly and we certainly got our monies worth. Not only did he power wash the areas we requested, but he cleaned things we had never even thought could be power washed. We asked him to do a patio, stairs, and veranda, but got that PLUS our patio furniture (which now looks brand new at 20-years old), our window and door frames, and fascia. We WILL use him again and highly recommend him to other Home Advisor customers. He worked hard the entire day and was more meticulous about his results than we were. We were prepping our house to sell and he saved us days of time and labor. Thank you Starcom!

Will definitely use Starcom in the future, we had a very positive experience with them. Jerry designed our kitchen for us and we get compliments on it all the time!

I was anxious about doing another remodel after negative experiences in the past with another company. A friend of mine used Starcom and had a great experience so I figured I would give remodeling another chance. Wow am I glad that I did! Our new basement looks great and it didn't even take very long. Scott was a great rep and I wish I had done the work sooner. 5/5 rating for Starcom for their outstanding work and customer service!

After my wife finally picked Starcom, they came in and did exactly what they were supposed to and stuck to the budget. There were a few little kinks and they came out immediately and fixed them. I praise their diligence and their effort to satisfy the client. Their quality of work is excellent. Everyone that comes in my house is says "wow". Sometimes communication wasn't the best but as soon as my wife did get in touch they responded right away. In the next three to six months I plan to call them to do another project in my home. It is very hard to get a good evaluation from me, so if Starcom gets a good evaluation that means a lot. My home is beautiful. I have a few more projects for them in mind. I trust them now, they gave good advice and used quality materials. In the past, when dealing with other companies, I have wanted changes during a project and they always charged me more. Starcom didn't do that, even when changes were made they still stuck to the budget.
