Laurel, MD, Sunroom

Needing more room for their home, Starcom Design Build was able to expand the home with a Sunroom that looks into the Backyard. The improvement was to maximize the home for an open room concept along with a good view of the backyard! 

The Sunroom was constructed at 12 x 21 opening up the interior and expanding the Kitchen. Pella Encompass 5 energy star white vinyl sliding windows and 1 circle top transom window were installed. 1 white 6’ patio sliding door for access to the backyard. The Eldorado Stone and Meseta Fieldledge were added for a unique look on the Sunroom's foundation. 

The newly built Sunroom blends well with the original home and offers a nice entrance to the Backyard.  This was a great way to enter the backyard for family gatherings while also expanding the home into a modern open concept design.
