Starcom successfully updated a Kitchen and added on an amazing Sunroom! The Grau Family needed an update and more space for their home. The Brick, Rear Wall Section, Kitchen Cabinetry, Counter Tops, and Flooring were removed for this project. 

 

Replaced by Ranch Base Board Trim & Casing Picture Frame Style, the Kitchen had a complete update. The Sunroom consisted of two Double Hung Windows, two Lite Side Wall Windows, and an Ellipse offering an inviting room that looking into the backyard. The Newly added Sunroom extended the home and offered more natural lighting for a cozy feel.  

 

The Homeowners are very pleased with the finished project!

 

 

Ellicott City, MD, Sunroom

Offering a seamless addition to the home, a Sunroom to enter the Backyard was installed. This addition for the Family's Home with big windows to still let in natural lighting and a good view of their backyard.  

 

Sunroom was designed to be 19’ x 16’ as an addition to the home. There was also the pouring of a 4’ wide sidewalk from the new porch steps to the existing driveway. 3 - 8” square vinyl covered posts would be installed on the portico and back porch. Monumental Lincoln white vinyl railing with black metal balusters. Fiberon Good Life decking installed on the back deck and front Portico. The sunroom and back porch will have a vaulted ceiling while the Portico will have a flat ceiling. Big windows were installed to both bring in natural light and have a good view of the back yard. 

 

With the Project completed, the flow between the Home and Backyard is bridged by a stunning Sunroom!
