Small addition that would feature as a functioning Sunroom Addition with a small Kitchen was what this family was looking for. They wanted the Addition to extend off of the home into the back yard and have windows. Starcom Design & Build was on the scene in no time. After some design choices and planning, the work was underway in no time!
The Addition would seamlessly match the home down to even the same roof designs. Inside the Sunroom would be a furnished Kitchen and Family area with the view of the back yard. This view was not just a view but also an easy way to get onto the back deck! The Unique roofing style was not the only special design about this home but also the one big window looking out into the back yard. The window put in at a 45 horizontal latitude that gave the square home more unique style while utilizing how big the window could be. The windows offer natural light into the home and give a nice view of the backyard.
The finished result was a stunning small addition with a big personality. The Family loved that the design to match the original home while offering more space for family activities and making their deck fitting with their home.
