Family moving into their grandparent's home wanted to update the living space for their growing family and take care of their grandmother. Living close to the wilderness, the family agreed on customizing their bathroom into a cozy modern style utilizing wooden floors and for one section of the wall were the mirrors & sinks are placed. 

A dark wooden floor and wall was picked out contrast well with the greenery outside the windows. The windows picked out were placed high to allow in lighting without taking away the privacy of the bathroom. The walk-in shower was installed with a 3/8ths thick clear glass shower door with a dead panel and swing door. 

The toilet is placed in a separate, smaller room, allowing the use of the bathroom and walk in closet to still be used while maintaining privacy. The bath was installed next to the walk-in shower. and has a good view of the back yard and wood's line. 

The cool dark tones work well in contrasting the sinks, lighting, and bath. The natural lighting and greenery from outside make the bathroom a cozy area of the home and features a full walk-in closet. The transformation for the growing family found that Starcom could remodel their bathroom for years to come.

A family recently embarked on an exciting journey to remodel their kitchen, partnering with Starcom Design Build to bring their vision to life. One of the standouts features of the new kitchen is the lighting; was also given a significant upgrade, with 8 LED recessed lights providing ample illumination and 6 LED undercabinet lights enhancing the workspace. Loving their cozy home, Family in Columbia Maryland had aging parents who began visiting more often, the house started feeling uncomfortably tight. What had once been the perfect starter home no longer met their needs. The new addition extended farther back than the original home ever had, threatening at first to overshadow the existing screened‑in porch. But with careful planning, Starcom aligned the new structure so that it sat nearly with the porch, creating a clean, cohesive flow from the main house to the outdoor living space.

As construction wrapped up, the transformation felt seamless—almost as if the home had always been meant for this expansion. The family gained a sprawling master bedroom and spa‑like bathroom, plus the extra bedroom they desperately needed, all while preserving a good portion of their backyard for play and relaxation.
