Love your neighborhood but need more space? An addition is the perfect solution. This home owner needed more space in their growing life. Starcom was able to expand the home without getting rid of the view of the backyard. in-fact, the addition allows comfortability yet utilizing the empty space to see more of the backyard.

Installed were many windows, spacious living area, entertainment with fireplace, and other amenities to accommodate a homely environment. Easy access to the backyard is also intact. The addition not only offers more space indoors but can help tie-in both inside and outside life. 

The finished project was stunning and the home owner was happy for the addition of their home. 

These homeowners wanted to make the most of their backyard space. They were already making use of the space, but the design was outdated and didn't allow for the space to be used in all weather conditions.

We removed the old awning that spanned a most of the back of their home, and built a brand new sunroom. There are tons of windows along the three walls, giving you the feeling of being outdoors. Right off the new sun room is a custom designed stone patio. There is space for a grill and outdoor seating, steps lead up to the rest of their backyard which is on a slight incline.

They love their new outdoor space, and were so impressed with the quality of work our team put forth.

A family of 4 was ready to upgrade their kitchen with proper cabinet storage and island seating. The white cabinets brighten up the entire room and a blue tile backsplash gives a punch of fun.

The new design helps tidy up the look of the kitchen but is also functional in keeping organized and clean. Easier to clean kitchen with high quality materials makes this kitchen remodel stylish and practical for the whole family experience. 

Starcom successfully updated a Kitchen and added on an amazing Sunroom! The Grau Family needed an update and more space for their home. The Brick, Rear Wall Section, Kitchen Cabinetry, Counter Tops, and Flooring were removed for this project. 

Replaced by Ranch Base Board Trim & Casing Picture Frame Style, the Kitchen had a complete update. The Sunroom consisted of two Double Hung Windows, two Lite Side Wall Windows, and an Ellipse offering an inviting room that looking into the backyard. The Newly added Sunroom extended the home and offered more natural lighting for a cozy feel.

Family moving into their grandparent's home wanted to update the living space for their growing family and take care of their grandmother. Living close to the wilderness, the family agreed on customizing their bathroom into a cozy modern style utilizing wooden floors and for one section of the wall were the mirrors & sinks are placed. 

A dark wooden floor and wall was picked out contrast well with the greenery outside the windows. The windows picked out were placed high to allow in lighting without taking away the privacy of the bathroom. The walk-in shower was installed with a 3/8ths thick clear glass shower door with a dead panel and swing door. 

The toilet is placed in a separate, smaller room, allowing the use of the bathroom and walk in closet to still be used while maintaining privacy. The bath was installed next to the walk-in shower. and has a good view of the back yard and wood's line. 

The cool dark tones work well in contrasting the sinks, lighting, and bath. The natural lighting and greenery from outside make the bathroom a cozy area of the home and features a full walk-in closet. The transformation for the growing family found that Starcom could remodel their bathroom for years to come.
